Call for Submissions

We welcome original, unpublished work, including scholarly papers, visual culture, poetry, book reviews, and community stories, from all professions and disciplines that in some way speak to the priorities, experiences, and dreams of Métis peoples.

We also accept proposals for Special Issues through the platform. If you have questions about what a Special Issue proposal should include, please reach out to us via email at pawaatamihk@uwinnipeg.ca

You need to register with the journal prior to submitting. If you are already registered, simply log in. We do not charge any fees for processing, publication, or promotion, and we only accept submissions through this website. 

All submissions received after the deadline will be considered for the next issue.
